Shoulder has been bothering me ever since I rowed the 160's...
Trying to keep plugging along 2.5 more weeks then I'll be off for 9 days. I've blown up this year because I've been eating some not so good things for me, consistently, combined with not running, and I blew up to an all time high of 227lbs about 4 weeks ago.
Tightened things up and was 214 this past Friday...like to get back to 205 ish by the time my break comes.
