I'm just over halfway done with the "Lean & Large" program from his book, The Encyclopedia of Muscle & Strength. That coupled with a 4,000 calorie/day diet has me up 25lbs in 10 weeks!
I'm gonna keep on bulking for now and start the 6 Weeks to Shred after this program is done...can't wait.
