Well...thats about $2000 more than the 2008. But once you add in the gas guzzler tax of $2100 its well over 40K. I hope GM can get around the tax like they did on the 4th Gen cars. They will have to achieve a combined mpg rating of 22.5 or better to avoid the tax. 18city/27highway would do it.
