It might not be as expensive as you'd think. Remember that "Voodoo" will still be based on Coyote just as Roadrunner was. RR had a lot of work done to it and was something like a $3500 premium over the Coyote, at least in crate form.
So, switching to PTWA liners (an easy 0.1L increase) and since there will be an all new crank design, incorporating a slight increase in stroke to get the other 0.1L needed to reach 5.2L, plus the improvements to handle 8500rpm redline (with a warranty), would by no means be "cheap" but I don't think we'll see it cost more than Trinity, close maybe...but not quite in excess of $20k would be my guess.
