I'm pretty sure there isn't a 2500 with dual rear wheels, and its ALWAYS been an option on the 3500.
Pretty much everything is an appearance package, lol. The only things that really matter are 1500-3500 and 2wd or 4wd.
Also, I'm pretty sure a Sierra 3500HD is way more capable at everything that a pile of shit '95 explorer
