So... I washed my car and did a quick careful job of drying it off quickly, however I didn't really dry the windows and now there's hundreds of drop sized "residue". I've washed the car again, used Windex, scrubbed hard as I could but it won't come off. I can barely get it off by scratching with my finger nail really hard.

I guess this must be some stuff that was in the water and won't come off after drying.

Is there special window cleaner that can remove this. Again, I can't believe scrubbing hard as I could with a rag wouldn't even remove this...
