He does have an IPF kit but seeing as an NA car needs airflow too I would assume the problem would still be there for us just not impact us as much as the FI crew. I mean how he described it sounded like an entire table is not present.
I honestly know next to nothing about tuning so I could be completely wrong and is why I would leave that to the pros
