I do not know what happened but since I picked up the car four months ago I have the pre-set favorite buttons on the screen whenever I am in radio mode.

This morning they disappeared and the only way to see them is hit menu twice (bottom right of the screen - radio mode) and they show up but when I touch a button (another station) they disappear again.

I have read the manual, called Chevrolet but no luck.

Any ideas?
