I agree for the most part. Base price of very low 20s sounds right.
I actually feel fully loaded will push past 32K (I think the GMC may even go a bit higher than the Colorado) closer to mid 30s, but I'd think 30 - 32 would get you a majority of the goodies.
Crew cab, 4x4, V6, with all the options (and the new one is going to offer stuff the outgoing model NEVER had) is going to be a pretty penny. This same setup in the Silverado is low to mid 40s easy, so I'd expect at least mid 30s for the same on the midsizer.
