Me personally I could go either way. Here in CA a license cost $35, no drive training and now no social security or legal status. Anyone who can remember answer or pay someone in a dark alley can pass this their first time. In Germany a license cost $5K and years of school for driving. I would think they would appreciate it a little more. In Scandinavia you have to complete a course on a skid pad, and driving in the rain and night. This comes in handy for emergency braking and swerving. Does it make a difference? According to Top Gear the majority of the previous winners of rally cross and formula1 are Finnish. Hence the the phrase, if you want to win employ a Finn. Maybe we have a different attitude than our neighbors across the pond. Now look at Russia, no explanation needed. We have all seen the videos on youtube. Lack of common sense comes to mind when watching these videos. Is it our environment, the food we eat, our culture? Bets me, all I know is have a camera/camcorder handy, post on youtube, like the video and comment lol. Drive safe
