Ah well good news. I took it in and was told if it was the struts, they were covered under warranty, but shocks are not. The struts were the problem, so all is being taken care of. (Parts are, unfortunately, on order). This is the second time I've been to this dealership after switching from my old one. The old dealership would have fought this tooth and nail. I think this one is looking much better.
