Not sure if anyone else had this problem with their my link system. Last week I attempted to shut off my heater and could not. It was suck on the high setting. Could not turn it off nor turn the AC on. I stopped back at the dealership and lets just say it was a waste of time. I contacted the "My Link" hot line and they instructed to turn the car off and pull the fuse for the heater/AC. Leave it out for approx. 10 minutes and it should re-set the My Link system. It did and it has not happened since. They claim they are aware of this and trying to come up with a fix.
