2016 Chevrolet Cruze Sedan Spy Photos: Now with an American Nose
Next U.S.-market Cruze breaks cover nearly fully undisguised.

What it is: For those of you not up on the latest in all things Chevrolet Cruze sedan, there are actually three versions currently in the news. There’s a short-lived face-lifted 2015 model for the U.S., plus two versions of the next-generation 2016 model, one for the Chinese market and one for us, which is shown here nearly undisguised.
The face of the car spotted here isn’t much different from that of the Chinese model, but it does tie in more to the U.S. vehicle lineup. The bisected grille mimics that of the Sonic and also relates better to the rear end of the vehicle than does the Chinese front end. The body styling is the same tidy, if fairly bland, design shown in Beijing. It’s worth noting that the cars pictured here appear to be lower-level trims, as they’re missing the HID headlamps and LED daytime running lamps found both on the Chinese debutant as well as the Cruze we spied last month. Expect those to appear here on the higher-end models.
