I can't believe this is in Canada. This is pure USA (Florida, specifically) litigious miscarriage- the plaintiff lawyer should be disbarred, tarred and feathered.

The plaintiff herself should be given life in prison for such a flippant lawsuit- not to mention killing the boy due to personal negligence.
