Just alittle tip here. When you call the CSX line you will here the man ask you for the (location or weight) Say Location clearly and slowly. Then he will ask you for the car initial, you say clearly and slowly ETTX, he will respond and you say (correct), Then he ask for the car number, Speak slowly and clearly the car number. He will repeat it to you and you say (correct) again. Then the system tells you where the car is at that given time. There could be many things he says, so listen closely and have some fun. I call at least 3 times a day. Last week I was in Ontario and today I am in Georgia. Good Luck
