Installing a cold air intake is a matter of reading directions and have a few simple tools. I am no mechanic, but I installed a new cam, pushrods, and springs, etc. in my LS3 all by myself. You can do anything as long as you can read and follow directions.
A cold air intake would be a 2 on level of easiness. You got this.
