NOT one of those Ponchos. Because if it is, aftermarket wheels have no place in a correct "restoration" for a museum, even a prototype's restoration. Those are not the correct wheels for that car, what else did they do incorrectly? If that's one of the prototypes, the car has been turned into a custom, not restored. Prototypes from that era are very hard to restore correctly but it absolutely has been done. Here's a "one of none" car: the 1970 Buick GSX prototype, which was 100% DOT legal when made and was restored to original condition as it appeared in the 1970 show car circuit, at great effort:
