its under full warranty so any problems, they can take care of.
it was a pretty good deal.
I know, I know. but it was her choice. not mine.

and tho I'm a newly wed, I know when to smile and say "yes, dear"
yup......its all my fault too.
cus....
thats the key point right there. she barely likes the new camaro (or any other generation but the 2nd gens which is why I'm getting my 78 back), but understands my passion for the car and is letting me get mine, and I really couldnt beat the price on the Jetta.
while I was waiting for them to finish writing up the paperwork I was looking at one of their SUV's engine and one of the sales guys came up to me and said "thats the engine, there's the twin intakes, and there's the spark plugs"
I just looked at him with a slight smile.... then he mentioned the CC VR6. so we went outside to look at one... and he started talking/bragging about how its got 200 hp and it pulls so strong and this and the other and how his prelude with over 200hp feels slow compared to it. I chuckled to myself and he asked if I was interested in a car with that kind of power

....and what kind of car I currently drove.
I smiled and told him the car I currently drive makes more than double the power of the CC....
and his prelude.
he went back inside and didnt say anything more to me after that.
yeah, this thing zips around. its not the fastest car in the world, but it does get moving. then again, I've been playing with the triptronic shifting as well.
