You get what you pay for, the majority of GM service departments are horrible after the bail out it doesnt matter to me because I dont have warranty anymore because of Mods but if I was on the fence for a vehicle that I wanted the most out of my warranty out of chevrolet and ford I would be buying a ford. Hence the bigger price tag to pay for their master techs while GM is firing more master techs because of the bailout.

again just change your dealer. A LOT of us have no trouble with the dealers we go to.
