As a police officer myself, i hate to hear about cops with attitudes for no apparent reason. (But keep in mind what we deal with daily...he could have just been in some serious stuff)
Where do you live, OP?
If your stuff isnt legal then address it. If you feel he is being less than fair, request a supervisor. But bear in mind you have not been cited for your repeat violations.
