I may push for 565 squat in the contest. My other lifts are "okay", as I am not young anymore, and not trying to hit any new PR's, but they are okay. I will probably deadlift 565 lbs also, and bench, still working on that darn pec. So I may just sit around 405 or 425 lbs. I do not want to risk any injury with it wanting to be troublesome with me.
I am very comfortable with 545 SQ, 405 BCH, and 565 DL. That would give me 1515 as a total. Not bad for a young 48 yr old.
