I also came across this article when I was doing research. Nordstrom is a pretty good store to go to if you want to "build your wardrobe". Also, some of the premium outlets have some high end men's clothing stores. I admire you for wanting to look your best!

I appreciate the input, and I agree that the slim fit is in and that would be pretty good advice for most people. But I'm what you call not slim, so I'm going to put a little faith in the tailor I've picked and let them suggest the fit, hopefully it works out.

You got that right about the wool. So when I go visit this tailor I'm going to be discussing breathability of fabrics with them. If I land a job in a cooler area then my next batch of suits could be warmer.
