I had the same issue.... Got a tip from major nelson and it worked. Hold your finger on the power button for five seconds to FULLY shutdown the Xbox. Wait 30 seconds and turn it back on. (supposed to restart in a updated mode or something like that lol). All i know is it worked for me!
