I have had lifts for years in many homes I have owned, be careful, I personally don't like two posters because they have a tendency to bounce around a lot while doing work to the car PLUS I don't like the suspension being stretched as the wheels hang down....ALSO most home garages will NOT support a two poster, to be safe you need at least 6 inches of hard concrete and most house garage floors can vary all over in the slab, from 2 1/2 inches to 4 inches....many builders DON'T pour this thick, plus you really can't use a two poster very easily for double stacking because there is no place to mount the drip trays...I know some people like two posters...TWO Posters have to be bolted down, many of the new 4 posters do NOT need to be bolted down, and can be moved with optional caster kits !! I am giving you my $.02
