Private offers can be combined with other discounts but they are just $500 off though I have received a couple $750's. I get them all the time in the mail but most of the time the offer is only good on last year's models, not the current model year.
And like mentioned above, they are not transferable to someone else so the OP is just wasting his time. Private offers contains your name and other personal information that you don't want complete strangers to have access to and for it to work he would have to buy the truck and have the loan taken out in your name, not his.
