The booklet that came with my scale lists Recommended Body Fat Levels as follows:
Age: Men - 20-29, BF 14-20%. 30-39, BF 15-21%. 40-49, BF 17-23%. 50-59, BF 18-24%. 60+, BF 19-25%
Anywhere in the above numbers is a pretty good place to be, and for women the recommended numbers are as follows:
Age: Women - 20-29, BF 20-28%. 30-39, BF 21-29%. 40-49, BF 22-30%. 50-59, BF 23-31% and 60+, BF 24-32%
The older you get its natural to have, and be healthy, with a little bit higher fat percentage.
