I'll be honest, I'm not sure just where it is, as I myself do not have magnetic ride. No menus come up for it in my car. I do recall seeing it mentioned when I read through my owners manual. Perhaps one our friends with mag ride can chime in here? I'll try and look it up in the next day or so in my manual. It is one of the 12 aspects that change with the Drive Mode selector. I suppose there's a remote possibility your car's computer was flashed for a non-mag ride suspension and its defaulting to firm. My car is not supposed to have the performance traction capability since I don't have mag ride, but I actually can turn it on.
