There is such thing as refeed days when you are in a deficit, but that is carefully planned going to maintanance calories VERY LOW fat (just from trace protein/carb fats)/1g protein per pound/Lots of carbs...this is to increase leptin levels. Also most overweight people would not need this this is for lower bf %

Re-feed, cheat, over feed all pretty much serve the same purpose on various levels.
Meal timing has some advantages so, it's SCIENCE, so yes, I am and will always still talk about it.
