let me consume 8k calories, but its ok because i ate clean this whole week, no. why do you need those, are you feeling deprived?

There is such thing as refeed days when you are in a deficit, but that is carefully planned going to maintanance calories VERY LOW fat (just from trace protein/carb fats)/1g protein per pound/Lots of carbs...this is to increase leptin levels. Also most overweight people would not need this this is for lower bf %
