Let me explain....
First of all the 2051 status is an internal status that GM using to look at whats on order. Your production status is 1100. The key is the dealers allocation. Once the dealer has allocation to place the order against it will move into the system for production. Corvette is not a car that you can just order and have built at this time. So the reason others have moved and yours has not is because the dealer either doesn't have the allocation or it just has not been available yet for them to place the order.
