I made it back from Vegas. I tried to get caught up here a little, this got really technical fast.

As far as for me, I walked enough to counteract the massive amounts of food I ate in Vegas. So I am still on my way down.

My spin bike arrives next Tuesday, I have the area where it is going set up. I am very excited to get that portion of my lifestyle change going.
