On a side note, today was legs for me and I feel pretty good (we'll see if I can walk tomorrow) added a bunch of weight back on, big improvement over last week, that sucked. Still a little discomfort during deep squats but nothing I'm concerned about and I'm still avoiding dead lifts for a while.
