Correct. Another thing is that if a LEO is being out of hand or extremely disrespectful just stay as calm and polite as possible. Most patrol vehicles have video these days (not all) but usually there is a body mic with the camera. stay polite and then issue a complaint through the department. That way the problem can get resolved, if it stays unresolved that LEO will continue his actions at the expense of public until something is done.
