All over other C7 forums is the news of an imminent mid-year price increase.
Basically, a $2000 increase for the base and $4000 is the new price for the Z51 pkg (it increased $1200).
So this translates to (before & after; don't forget to add the $995 dest fee):
Standard C7: $51,000 ---> $53,000
Z51 C7: $53,800 ---> $57,000
And this is supposedly for the current 2014 model year C7's since it's a mid-year increase!
