AT&T I've not had a problem with. Same with TMobile. No trouble at all. (I have both. One's personal, one's my work cell)

ATT has never let me down. At the beggining of the summer, when my kids had jplenty of time after school let out, they tacked up 243.00 worth of texting.
I didn't have the unlimited text on our account. What I had was, I think, 250 tms each on all four phones. I called ATT to add the unlimited and the girl I talked to CREDITED the amount back to my account, basically prorating it as if I had it allready. She didn't have to do that. Of course I didn't even ASK to help me with the bill last month when my son went 800.00 over the normal phone bill.
But my property has never looked so good.
