The factory net seems primarily to be for small stuff. I use it to hold my Galaxy tablet when I take it with me, and put small purchases in it for the trip home from the store. It's too small for more than a couple of grocery bags, but works okay for that much. Its the larger, boxier items that don't fit into the net.

I've been looking for a larger net, but so far, have come up with nothing that's an improvement. As for one that covers the entire cargo area, a problem that comes up is that there are only 2 floor-mounted loops. It would really need 4 to work right. To hook a net on the 2 factory floor loops and the 2 net hooks on the rear panel is no improvement over the factory cargo shade. I need some decent weather so I can remove the entire cargo area carpet and rear panel trim to see what possibilities there may be for installing 2 more floor loops. Sadly, that appears to be a while off yet here in St. Louis. We have another major snow storm on the way tonight, and my garage isn't big enough for that kind of work.
