Lloyd's has a rubber cargo liner available in 3 colors for the Stingray, kind of a dimpled texture. It doesn't look to wrap up the sides much, but should at least keep stuff from sliding around much.
As for the net, it's not very deep and doesn't stretch very wide open, so I doubt it will do much for your briefcase. I know my laptop doesn't fit in it.
