A lot of great information today!

got all my notes my new routine ready! Just one more thing... "THE BEAUTY SLEEP" right now I'm getting around 6+hours, it's kind of hard go to sleep at 7pm or 8pm normally my body take after 9pm and since a get up at 4am to workout... but I like to get up at 3:30am to use an extra 1/2 hour, afternoon at the gym is a nightmare! To many people, plus I get off from work at 6pm (10 hours shift) so body building masters, how much sleep you guys get?
