Shoulders do NOT need their own day, small muscle group.
IMO, this:
Monday: Chest/triceps
Tuesday: cardio
Wednesday: Back/biceps (do rear delts on back day)
Thursday:cardio
Friday:Chest/Shoulders (front & side delts on this day)
Saturday:legs
Sunday:rest
