If you buy a C7 in a Two Plate State, you get the Aero Plate and the UGLY Front License Plate Bracket that sits above the Grill to meet height requirements that some States also have.
All C7 Corvettes come with the Aero Panel. No need to buy one after market.
The Aero Panel has the CORVETTE Vanity Cover. It's two pieces and the front CORVETTE Vanity Cover Panel is removable from the mounting Bracket that attaches to the Grill.
Take off the front CORVETTE cover, drill four small holes in the Bracket and put on the License Plate. Viola, you're Legal!
