Like when Montana had the "reasonable and prudent" daytime speed limit, I read an article where a trooper said a Corvette going 90 was fine but a Geo at the same speed wasn't. I wholeheartedly agree with that. The equipment matters.
Like the fact that a corvette or sports car with a stopping distance off 105-120 feet is not the same as a f-350 with a 150+ stopping distance or a loaded dump truck with a 300+ plus stopping distance unless it has a bad slack adjuster and that can run out too 500 feet. Speed limits should not be one size fits all.
