That's the global Ford Ranger next to the Ram. I'm sure if Ford reinstated the Ranger it would be have design cues for the U.S. market, probablu something like a smaller F-150 (the name F-100 was bouncing around for a while for a new mid-sze Ford truck).
Remember what the Global Colorado looks like compared to the one we're getting
