Realistically, in my opinion, it's going to be like the last gen console wars, PS3 was technically more powerful, but the differences were very minor. Not enough to warrant going with either one based on visuals alone.
Titanfall is one XB1 exclusive that is going to epic and it comes out in a month.

With first person shooters, racing games, and action games the difference between 30 fps and 60 fps is very noticeable. Play one of these games at 30 fps and then play it again at 60 fps and you'll wish all games was 60 fps. The resolution difference between the consoles isn't very noticeable even when side by side but the fps difference is.
As for Titanfall, SCEE manager Alex Moyet has stated it' will be on the PS4 as well which confirms the leaked info from the developer saying that Titanfall is a timed exclusive.
