That's what happened to me, a few years back. It is hard to get out of that rut. I am gonna get there though.
I am heading to Boston next week for work and we get wined and dined and that is not good for my calorie counting. And I will get 0 opportunities to hit the gym. Mornings start at 7:30 in the office and we probably get back to our rooms by midnight.
