I've had Xbox Live since it first came out and the friends list has seriously degraded since. The best set up was Halo 2 by far by a large margin. It was so easy and fast that you could pause and send a message while respawning (5 secs). The 360s system was an okay idea but it was incredibly slow and sluggish. I've had my Xbox One since launch and I have absolutely no idea how to find my friends list and play with friends, its like it was made by a caveman.
