Install instructions I made:
First disconnect one side of the battery on the rear passenger area.
verify that you have no power
If you look on the bottom side of steering wheel around the 4 and 6 o clock position you'll see 2 small holes. Use a small flat head screw driver in those small holes to release the air bag. (spring loaded)
Once those are released you can pull out the air bag and disconnect the harnesses on the back. NOTE: On the 2 air bag plugs you only need to pull out the locking pins around 1/4 inches
once you have the air bag off and harnesses disconnected you'll need to take the screw out holding the steering wheel in place. I believe it's a T45 or T50 screw. (It's large and I think it's the larger one).
Once you have the screw off the steering wheel should come off by tapping at the 12/6/3 and 9 o'clock position until the wheel comes loose.
Once you get the wheel off use a piece of painters tape or whatever you have to hold the clock spring in place (that is the thing that the harness plugged into and rotates.
Now that you have the wheel off you can remove all of the parts from your old wheel and put it on the new wheel.
Once that is done you can put the wheel back on. NOTE: Make sure that the Horn harness plug (black) goes into the slot around the 10 o'clock position on the steering wheel otherwise you can damage the plug.
