I have simply changed my diet and decreased by calorie intake to 1800 a day. I started on Jan 2nd and as of Saturday Feb 1st I was down 10.8lbs. From 228lbs to 217.2lbs. I'm 41 and ready to get back to being in shape, I know I will never be the 108lb wrestler I was in high school (yes, that is what I wrestled at).
