Great job everyone!

I have simply changed my diet and decreased by calorie intake to 1800 a day. I started on Jan 2nd and as of Saturday Feb 1st I was down 10.8lbs. From 228lbs to 217.2lbs. I am trying to get down to a comfortable weight to begin my exercise program. Oh, I failed to mention that I am 5'6" tall, so I'm sort of short for my weight. I used to be a bit of a meat head and lifted a lot and ate like a horse. After losing the time to lift I continued to eat like a horse. My current goal is 180lbs.

For exercise I will be doing some HIIT training (on a bicycle/stationary bike) and body weight exercises (pushups/pull ups whatnot). I am also a former high school wrestler and have a lot of those exercises built up in my mind. I'm 41 and ready to get back to being in shape, I know I will never be the 108lb wrestler I was in high school (yes, that is what I wrestled at).
