Not only! When it eventually goes into production (and I'm sure it will), it won't be a 400hp engine. It's all about efficiency. They'll make it less powerful, probably being even lighter and imagine how much more economical in terms of fuel consumption, a car will become when you shave a good 100-150kgs worth of engine...
