It's a shame when people think this way. I work for a global emergency company doing medevacs for people who get sick or injured during their travels. We're here in the US, but a lot of my coworkers are foreign born because the nature of our work requires people who speak multiple languages. Some of the foreign born doctors here are some of the most intelligent people I know, but even they (who are all US citizens) have been accused of "being in India" and hung up on by the people whose lives we're saving. Damn shame how ignorant some people can be.
